Workshop on hospitality
At a workshop organised by Amity Career Counseling and Guidance Cell (ACCGC), Amitasha students undertook a crash course from expert chefs on how to make delicious dishes like sandwiches, pizzas, fried eggs, as well as a demonstration on how tables are laid at restaurants, the art of napkin folding, attending phone calls, the art of preparing beds etc. The workshop proved to be an amazing experience for the students as it opened their eyes to the world of hotel management.
In a two-day workshop organised by the Swiss Embassy in association with Nestle, Amitasha students were not only educated about the life and culture of Switzerland, but also enlightened with interesting facts on nutrition.
